What is Just Enough Items Mod?

It is basically a mod that’s been designed to view items and their respective recipes in a simple and straightforward manner, so you don’t need to pile through multiple screens to get your hands on the information that you’re looking for. Alongside displaying the recipes for each item, it can also display the uses of said item which can be quite useful in a lot of scenarios.

This mod is another version of the popular TooManyItems or Not Enough Items Mod. Just Enough Items is built from the ground up for stability, efficiency and performance. The good point of this mod is its ease of use and reliability. Always up-to-date, JEI can be used with the latest version of Minecraft.

Just Enough Items Controls

Inventory:
(Minecraft Options -> Controls)
Show Recipes: Hover over item + R
Show Uses: Hover over item + U
Toggle Item List Overlay: Control + O

Item List:
Show Recipes Click Item or type R
Show Uses : Right-Click Item or type U
Next/Previous page: Scroll Wheel

Search:
Select Search Bar: Click or Control + F
Clear Search: Right Click
Previous Search: Up Arrow
Search by Mod Name: Type @ in front of a word (like “@thaum”)
Multiple terms work together (like “wand @thaum”)

Recipe View:
Next/Previous page: Scroll Wheel
Show all Recipes: Click the recipe category’s name
Move items into crafting area: Click the [+] button. Shift-Click to move multiple sets of items.

For installing Just Enough Items Mod, all you need to do is:

• Download and install Minecraft Forge.
• Download Just Enough Items Mod.
• Open ‘mods’ folder found in the %appdata%/.minecraft.
• Drag and drop the downloaded mode files (.jar) to the ‘mods’ folder.
