As you already know, there are a ton of different and exciting biomes that you can find in Minecraft, which include thins such as deserts, mountains, forests, mesas and many others. However, The Twilight Forest Mod is basically adding a new foresty game world that you can access via a portal. As you already know from Minecraft, you will need to craft the portal first before accessing the content.
However, unlike any other portals, the one created by The Twilight Forest Mod is not that demanding, because it just requests a few resources here and there, and the best part about it is that most of those resources are very easy to find at all times, which makes the experience a lot more interesting and unique at all times. You just need a diamond and a few little items, then you are good to go.
The portal created by The Twilight Forest Mod is very small, in fact it has only a 2×2 square, and it’s also one block deep, surrounded by flora. The mod requires you to fill the area around the portal with flowers in order for the portal to work, something that can be a little strange at first, but once you do that you just need to throw the diamond into the pool as this will open up the portal at all times!
Once you enter the world from The Twilight Forest Mod, you will truly be amazed! This world not only is immense, but it has a massive, endless forest that has some very large and wide trees that you will be impressed right from the start. Most of the time you just can’t see the forest above you because the canopy is just blocking the light. In fact, most of the time, this mod provides a world filled with darkness. It’s nice to just explore and figure out from where the forest comes and how everything has been created! The mod is a very exciting and demanding mod because you just don’t know where you go and where you are, so exploration is key if you want to stay alive.

How to install:
- Download Minecraft Forge
- Right click, Run as Administrator and press OK to install Forge. (You can skip this step if you’ve installed Minecraft Forge)
- Open Start on desktop => Open Run (Or you can use the Windows +R keyboard shortcut)
- Type %appdata% into Run and press enter
- Go to folder /.minecraft/mods
- Put the jar file of mod into mods folder and then run Minecraft. Done!
