What is VoxelMap Mod?

It is a minimap and worldmap tool that makes a great effort to be accurate to the colors you see in the world, and even the colors of your resource pack. Display your surroundings, or view the entire world you have explored. It has useful functionality like per-dimension waypoints, mob icons, teleport to waypoint (if the player has permission), and nether mapping.

this is also referred to as Voxelmap that is created as modification in order to add more interesting features to the game

VoxelMap is very useful as it displays your surroundings, and let you view your entire explored world. It has some great features like per-dimension waypoints, mob icons, teleport to waypoint, and nether mapping. In other words, Voxel Map will create an in-game minimap at one the top corners of your screen, serving as a map fixed to the HUD of the screen.

VoxelMap Mod is a minimap mod that also has a scrollable, zoomable world map. It is a very nifty mini map that displays elevation, terrain, mobs, and other players, even in multiplayer! It also has an enlarged mode, a square mode, and a zoom mode. Click and drag with the mouse, mousewheel to zoom.

How to install VoxelMap Mod:

• Download and install Minecraft Forge API (For 1.11.2 or older) or LiteLoader (For 1.7.10, 1.8)
• Download the VoxelMap Mod
• Go to %appdata%
• Go to .minecraft
• Go to mods folder
  • C:UsersYOURUSERNAMEAppDataRoaming.minecraftmods folder
  • /Users/[Your user]/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on Mac folder
• Drag and drop the downloaded jar (zip) file into it
• If one does not exist you can create one
• Enjoy the mod.
