Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing is the first mobile platform game in the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja game series developed by GREE, Inc and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It is a mobile turn-based action role-playing game, with plenty of characters.. which prompted the creation of this Naruto Blazing Tier List. The game was released on iOS and Android in 2016 and was a huge success having over 15 million downloads and grossing over 90 million dollars. The game was released both in Japanese and English versions.

It features characters from the Naruto Shippuden universe. The game features both Player vs Environment (PvE) and Player vs Player (PvP) game modes. The PvE game modes became the staple of the game as it was more engaging and had more variety when compared to PvP. The game is free to play and features in-app purchases.
