Stalwart Dungeons Mod Version 1.19.2, 1.18.2 and 1.16.5 enhances the challenge in two of Minecraft’s most dangerous dimensions, The End and The Nether. With numerous guides available online, conquering these dimensions has become easier for average players. However, as the situation seemed increasingly dire for the creatures inhabiting these dimensions, Stalwart Dungeons emerged, and mutated entities began to roam their newfound home. Players looking to explore these dimensions again for their valuable resources should be aware of the potential dangers posed by these new entities, as their abilities are currently unknown.
Stalwart Dungeons Version 1.19.2, 1.18.2 and 1.16.5 is a mod that aims to generate new dungeons in both the Nether and End dimensions, as well as introduce new hostile creatures in the form of powerful bosses. Currently, the mod adds three dungeons in the Nether: Large Nether Dungeon, Small Nether Dungeon, and Keeping Tower, where bosses such as Reinforced Blaze, Incomplete Wither, Awful Ghast, and the Nether Keeper can be found. In the End dimension, two new dungeons will be generated, inhabited by bosses Canon, Propulk, and Shelterer.
Additionally, with this mod installed, players can acquire new materials for crafting building blocks and minerals for creating two new sets of weapons, tools, and armor. The “Stalwart Dungeons” mod was created as part of the MCrea mod racing modding competition organized by BricoGeek and Doo89. It is a “boss and dungeon” type mod, as this was the theme of the competition.
Three dungeons are generable using an item in the creative inventory. The Nether Dungeons include Keeping Castle (which spawns in Nether Waste and Crimson Forest) and Awful Dungeon (found in Soul Sand Valley and Warped Forest). As players venture into these enhanced and perilous dimensions, they must be prepared for the unknown dangers that lurk within the depths of the Stalwart Dungeons.
Keeping Castle
Hey everyone, welcome back to another Minecraft post! Today, I’m excited to share with you a new mod called Star Wars Dungeons. If you enjoy the content, please consider subscribing to my channel and leaving a like.
Star Wars Dungeons introduces three dangerous dungeons into Minecraft, which can be found in the Nether and the End. Along with these dungeons, new items, weapons, materials, and armor are also added. The first dungeon you might come across with Star Wars Dungeons installed is the Keeping Castle. This dungeon can be found spawning in the Netherways or Crimson Forest biome and consists of multiple towers. While exploring the structure, you may encounter some blocked sections, but don’t worry, there are pathways to navigate through.
As you make your way through the castle, you’ll eventually come across the grand ballroom. Suspended from the ceiling is another altar, known as the Keyboard Altar. By right-clicking it with a Nether Star, the Nether Keeper will be summoned. Now, let’s move on to the next dungeon, known as the Awful…
Awful Dungeon
Another notable dungeon in the Nether is the Awful Dungeon. To locate it, try exploring the Soul Sand Valley and the Warped Forest biomes. This dungeon appears as a massive fortress constructed with Soul Magma Blocks. Within the Awful Dungeon, you’ll encounter several unique creatures, including the Reinforced Blaze and the Incomplete Wither.
While exploring the Awful Dungeon, be cautious of the dangerous blocks scattered throughout. For instance, the Pusher block has the ability to propel you towards perilous locations. To summon the challenging boss, the Awful Glass, you need to use another Nether Star. The Awful Glass resembles regular glass fused with multiple Ghasts merged together. This boss fight is difficult as the Ghasts frequently launch fireballs, inflicting fire damage and knocking you away. Moreover, they can disrupt your inventory by putting items on cooldown, making them temporarily unavailable during the battle.
If you manage to defeat the Awful Glass, you’ll be rewarded with two items. The first is the Offer Gun, which allows you to shoot fireballs and create explosions. The second item is the Awful Crystal, which can be used to tame the Nether Keeper, a powerful ally. And that concludes the description of the final dungeon…
End Dungeon
Moving on to the End Dungeon, these structures are relatively smaller compared to the dungeons found in the Nether. Inside the End Dungeon, you will come across flying creatures called Pro Pokes, resembling drones. These Pro Pokes have the ability to launch you into the air repeatedly, so it’s advisable to have items like a fishing rod to catch and control them. Additionally, bringing Ender Pearls can help you safely return to the surface.
When you are prepared to face the boss, activate the Outer with a Nether Star. This action will summon the Shelter, a large glowing cube. The Shelter is impervious to damage except for explosions. The most effective way to defeat the Shelter is by using stacks of TNT. At the bottom of the dungeon, you will find a TNT Oxygen block. Right-clicking this block with TNT will launch the TNT upwards, causing damage to the Shelter.
After successfully defeating the Shelter using TNT, only the Eye will remain. This can be cured by using a Swab or Bowl. The Shelter drops Void Crystals, which can be utilized to create a teleporter or craft Corundum Armor.
Items :
Tungsten | Tungsten provides improved tools and armor compared to netherite, although with lower durability. Tungsten armor is also resistant to burning effects.
Blaze Armor Scrap | Reinforced blazes drop Blaze Armor Scraps, which are used to craft tungsten armor.
Awful Crystal | Awful Crystals are dropped by Awful Ghasts and can be utilized to tame the Nether Keeper.
Awful Gun | Awful Crystals, dropped by Awful Ghasts, can be used to tame the Nether Keeper. The Awful Gun uses fire charges.
Teleporter Core | The Teleporter Core stores the coordinates of a teleporter, allowing it to be shared with another player, determining where the player will be teleported.
Void Crystal | Void Crystals are obtained from the end boss and are used to craft Teleporter Cores and Chorundum armor.
Chorundum | Chorundum can be found in the End’s structures and is used to create durable tools and armor.
Hammers | Our mod features various hammers, including wood, stone, iron, gold, diamond, netherite, tungsten, and the nether hammer. Hammers are useful in combat and can be enchanted to unleash lightning bolts (by sneaking and striking an entity with the Hammer). The nether hammer melts ores it mines, although it has a stone mining level.
Spore Bottle | The Spore Bottle grants the spore effect.
Ancient Fire | Ancient Fire is used to smelt items in the offhand (when Ancient Fire is right-clicked in the main hand), and to create the nether hammer, the transient block, and the igniter.
Awful Dagger | When a player or mob is struck by the Awful Dagger, they lose all potion effects. It deals 4 damage and has a 0.5s cooldown. The Awful Dagger has a low enchantability, meaning there is a lower chance of obtaining good enchantments. |
Blocks :
Nether Bricks And Netherrack | decoration block
Nether Bricks And Soul Sand | decoration block
Igniter | The igniter sets any entity walking on it ablaze and inflicts the Burning effect, which causes random damage to the player.
Tungsten Ore | Tungsten ore can be found in the Awful Dungeon. Once smelted, it yields tungsten ingots (see Tungsten).
Awful Ghast Altar | The Awful Ghast Altar is used to summon the Awful Ghast by right-clicking with a Nether Star.
Nether Keeper Altar | The Nether Keeper Altar is used to summon the Awful Ghast by right-clicking with a Nether Star.
Teleporter Block | The Teleporter Block saves a position using the Teleporter Core. When a Teleporter Core marked with coordinates is placed in its GUI and a player stands on the Teleporter Block, the player will be teleported to the coordinates saved in the Teleporter Core.
Shruster | The Shruster propels the player several meters into the air and grants them a levitation effect for 2 seconds when stood upon.
Cracked End Stone Bricks | Cracked End Stone Bricks can be found in the End Dungeon or obtained by baking End Stone Bricks. They are decorative blocks.
Chiseled End Stone Bricks | Chiseled End Stone Bricks can be found in the End Dungeon or crafted from four End Stone Bricks. They are decorative blocks.
Purpur Bricks | Purpur Bricks can be found in the End Dungeon or crafted from four Purpur Blocks. They are decorative blocks.
Chorundum Ore | Chorundum Ore is located in the End Dungeon. Once smelted, it produces Chorundum crystals (see Chorundum).
Shelterer Altar | The Shelterer Altar is used to summon the boss of the End Dungeon by right-clicking with a Nether Star.
Soul Bricks | decoration block
Pusher | Pushes the player
Soul Tiles | decoration block
Soul Magma Bricks | acts like magma block
Spore Vaporizer | Vaporizes spore effect
Transient Block | When right-clicked, the Transient Block opens, allowing the player to pass through.
Giddy Statue | As the player approaches, the Giddy Statue transforms into a Giddy Blaze entity.
Obsidian Striker | When right-clicked with TNT, the Obsidian Striker causes an explosion nine blocks above. |
Entities :
Reinforced Blaze | The Reinforced Blaze is a blaze equipped with armor, dropping blaze armor scraps upon defeat. Due to its considerable weight, it attacks at close range and spawns in Awful Dungeons.
Incomplete Wither | The Incomplete Wither is a wither skeleton with two heads that spawns in Awful Dungeons.
Awful Ghast | The Awful Ghast is a massive, multi-headed ghast boss summoned in the Awful Dungeon. During the first phase, it launches projectiles that cause cooldowns on the player’s items. In the second phase, it engages in close-range combat. The Awful Ghast drops an Awful Gun and Awful Crystals.
Nether Keeper | The Nether Keeper is a minor boss guarding the Keeping Castle in the Nether. It has 80 HP and 15 points of armor, primarily dropping Ancient Fire upon defeat.
Propulk | The Propulk is a flying shulker-like creature that spawns in End Dungeons.
Shelterer | The Shelterer, the boss of the End Dungeon, is completely invulnerable except to explosions.
Giddy Blaze | The Giddy Blaze spawns when a player approaches the Giddy Statue. |
