Destiny Child is a successful game coming from Japan and has taken a center stage in the genre community by its unique characters, amazing art design, and flashy game-play; which is why we decided to rank its characters through our Destiny Child Tier List. This game has been around since 2018 and it isn’t going to go anywhere anytime soon. It’s a game that is being updated all the time with new characters, called Childs, and Soulcards.

We understand it’s hard to keep up with all these changes in the game if you are not constantly checking in, so we decided to create a Tier list of the notable Destiny Childs to offer some help. With this,  you can quickly get an idea of what works in the current meta, and don’t waste your time on Childs that are not going to scale through the game (which can be  extremely frustrating).

To keep the list more simple, we decided to rank only the main variations of a Child, by seeing how effective they are in the categories of PvP, PvE, Raid, and WorldBoss. Be aware that a few of these characters have different uses and perform differently depending on what mode you are playing them in.

Now that that’s out of the way, let us dive into the list.

Destiny Child Tier List

S-Tier

At the top of this list, we have the strongest characters in this game. You can’t go wrong by having them on your team, no matter the mode you are playing in. They will carry you through all of the game’s content and win most of the PvP battles easily. A party full of S-Tier Childs is a frightening thing.

The only reason these characters are not at the top of our list is that there might be some mode where they are not 100% perfect. Despite that, we would suggest you keep these Childs in your team. They can deal great damage and if combined correctly, they can go toe-to-toe with the S-Tier Childs.

We are still in the top half of our Tiers, so, as you might expect, we have some pretty strong characters here. They might not have the glamour and robustness of the S- and A-tiers, but they can definitely be a great addition to your team. Just be on the lookout for the stronger Childs.

Laughing is not exactly the reaction you have when you get these heroes. I would describe it closer to crying (at least if you know your stuff in Destiny Child). These characters excel at nothing and at times can actually be a detriment to your team. We don’t recommend you pick them.

You thought that we were just going to give you a list and that’s it? You are wrong. Here are all the children ranked according to how they perform in each game mode. For a more comprehensive reading, we would recommend you to find the mode you want to focus on and get the characters that are performing the best. Of course, it all depends on how you combine the Childs you have, so you need to do your own research of how the characters work and interact with each other, or just play the game ‘til you get good!

Destiny Child: Who is the strongest Child in Destiny Child?

The best child in Destiny Child is arguably Chang’e. The word child for Chang’e is not fitting at all, she might be young, but her power is that of an ancient God. Her great damage, combined with her Slide, make her a very strong pick for your team, no matter what mode you are going for, but especially in PvP and PvE.

Destiny Child: Game Updates

The game received its latest update from the Devs last January 27, 2022, and it’s jam-packed with details of the new Child, game features, scheduled events, and many more! Don’t worry, we got you with the summary:

• A new Narrative Dungeon event: Girls Be Ambitious

The event will run from January 27, 2022, until February 10, 2022. In this event, players can get rewards by clearing 8 stages of the dungeon.

• Endless Duel comes back for Season 2!

Endless Duel was introduced in the game back in July 2021; it is a full-auto game mode where players get to send 15 Childs to a 6-minute duel and get victory rewards when they win the match. It’s a good way to mine some rewards without actually doing anything!

•  Everything new!
  • New map areas are added in Chapters 4-6: this offers additional areas to be cleared and to get rewards in the game.
  • New books in Hecate’s Library for you to appreciate the lore of the game’s massive roster of characters!
  • New Childs are also introduced, and yes, they come with different, and stunning Costumes as well:
    • 5★ Tempting Rhea Silvia (Dark Type, Debuffer)
    • 5★ Ritual Sword Robin (Wood Type, Supporter)
  • New Soul Carta is added to some Childs to buff their powers.
• Get even more rewards and exclusive content from getting Devil Pass and Mission Pass!

Destiny Child: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Is there a difficulty setting in Destiny Child story mode?
A: Yes, there is a normal and difficult setting. For beginners, it is highly suggested to complete the story mode in normal mode, and then clear it again in difficult mode to maximize the rewards you can get that will help you in your Child’s progression/leveling up.

Q: What are the in-game currencies in Destiny Child?
A: The game has currently 6 in-game currencies: Gold, Onyx, Crystals, Rumble Coins, Friend Points, and Blood Gems.

Gold is the primary currency, and is used for upgrading equipment and Soul Carta, and also evolving and uncapping Childs.

Onyx is used in progressing your Child’s skill level, and also in their “Awakening”. In the endgame, they are also required in the House of Reincarnation which allows you to trade your existing Child units to get an uncap Child unit.  It’s extremely useful if you have a lot of units that are just collecting dust in your game.

Crystals are the premium currency that you can use to roll for Gacha, or for tickets in events of daily dungeons.

Rumble Coins can be used to buy Evolution materials.

Friend Points can be used for the Friend coin gacha.

Lastly, Blood Gems is the rarest currency which can be used to buy from Scarlet Market, for summoning from Blood Gems specific-banners, trading in  House of Reincarnation, and buying costumes from Costume Shop.

Q: Where can I play Destiny Child?
A: This mobile game is available to play both on Android OS and iOS devices.

Q: Can I reroll in Destiny Child? How do I reroll?
A: Of course, you can reroll!  To reset your progress, go to the Settings in-game, go to the Support tab, and hit the Delete Account button which will unlink your game from the account you used to create your first game with. After that, just relink a new account to start the game from the beginning.

Q: Who should I reroll for in Destiny Child?
A: Chang’e (arguably the best Child), a water-type supporter; and Epona, a wood-type all-around Child that can uplift your whole team by increasing their stats.

Q: What is the Night World in Destiny Child?
A: Night World offers additional game modes, such as Devil Rumble (PvP arena), Event Dungeons, and the Underground. This world is unlocked after reaching Level 12. Be sure to make the most out of each game mode the Night World has to offer to progress faster – this includes in-game currencies, level-up and evolution materials, and many more rewards (especially from time-limited events!)

Q: What is the Devil Rumble in Destiny Child?
A: Devil Rumble is one of the game modes available in the Night World. It’s a PvP arena where you can fight other teams, rank up and join higher leagues, and earn Rumble Coins which you can use to buy helpful evolution items from the Rumble Shop.

Final Thoughts

As you saw from our list, there are many Childs in Destiny Child and you have to stay updated in order to keep your party at the optimum level.
