CrackedZombie Mod create more zombies. CrackedZombie Mod 1.11.2/1.10.2/1.8/1.7.10 allows for manipulation of the weather, as well as spawn rates for other monsters, so there is a bit of customization you don’t normally get. CrackedZombie Mod removes the default Zombies and instead adds a new breed that walk around during the day and in groups. The zombies will attack players, chickens and pigs. There are options in the config file to control spawning of skeletons, creepers, spiders, slime, and endermen. Sometimes, the default of Minecraft zombies are disabled.

There is a GUI configuration screen under the main screen mod button. Firstly, select the crackedZombie mod and then press the config button. You can enable/ disable other mob spawns such as the creepers and skeletons. When spawning, the player will be given a random type sword for protection. That option can be disabled in the config if you’re really hard core. The zombies should be able to spawn in any biome derived from the BiomeGenBase class. Zombies should spawn in biomes created by ExtraBiomesXL or Biomes O’ Plenty for instance. Also post Doomlike Dungeons Mod

I recommend creating a world with these presets if you want a real zombie apocalypse adventure.

This is a swamp world similar to Swampcore, only deeper. You can mine ore here. Using the CrackedZombie defaults you will have to contend with many walkers and spiders. Want some bad weather to go along?

should do it. Oh, and watch out for the witch. With a little luck you can find a witches hut for shelter on your first night.

Also, the zombies spawned using the CrackedZombie mod don’t summon other zombies when they hit the player or are hit by the player. Standard zombies can do this, and sometimes while you’re fighting one, one or more will simply poof and appear right on top of you, sometimes getting you killed. CrackedZombie mod manages to makes zombies a little less random while powering them up at the same time, so it’s not like they’re total pushovers or anything.

How to install CrackedZombie Mod:

Download and install Minecraft Forge.
Download the mod.
Click on the Start Menu in Windows.
Type run into the search box, and select the Run program at the top of the results.
Type %appdata% into the Run program, and press Enter.
Go to .minecraft/mods folder.
Drag and drop the downloaded jar (zip) file into that.
Enjoy the mod.
